This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be approved and how they are processed.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be approved after we receive and inspect an eligible returned item.

To qualify, the returned item must meet the conditions listed in our Return Policy, including being unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Refund Timing

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 3-10 business days after return inspection.

Your bank, card provider, PayPal, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original Shipping Fees

We currently offer free shipping. If any additional shipping service or charge applies to a future order, that charge may not be refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, please contact support@noltga.com with your order number and clear photos or videos.

If approved, we may provide a replacement or another suitable resolution. We do not offer a general product warranty.

Non-Approved Returns

Returns that are used, damaged by the customer, missing original packaging, sent outside the return window, or sent without return approval may not qualify for a refund.
