Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at support@noltga.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we may offer a replacement or another suitable resolution at no additional cost to you.

Cancellation Requests

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment or within 2 hours after purchase, whichever comes first.

After an order has entered fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
